 The Complete Cricketer Academy

Dear Visitor

It is difficult to believe that I am writing the end of year newsletter.......

2012 is drawing to a close and it has been quite an eventful one for The Complete Cricketer Academy. We have had to say a sad farewell to both Lightie and Andy as they move on to different challenges. We have welcomed in one of our former students, Brett Mason, to the coaching team. Brett is a very talented young wicket-keeper/batsman who represented WP at U19 level and is currently playing 1st XI cricket at Edgemead CC. This followed a successful season both playing and coaching in the UK, where he coached his U11 team to county championship honours.

Congratulations to all our young players that have performed so well in this very short phase of the cricket season. We have had maiden centuries from Jordan Child and Justin Higgs in the U12 age group and many others have achieved personal top scores, Well done to Lyle Wilmott for his first five-for with impressive figures of 6 for 10. He joins a many other of our young cricketers who have shone with the ball this quarter. Players should post their achievements to our Facebook page: The Complete Cricketer, and keep in touch.

I will be posting full details on our website in due course, so if you are interested, please contact Natalie directly. I will be recommending certain of our players to think about the screening and fitness options as part of their development.
