The Academy monthly fees from April 2010 will be as below.The monthly fee is to reduce admin time and also is necessary as sessions missed for various reasons outside of our control actually affect the running of the Academy as our costs remain, even if the participant does not attend.

Monthly Fee structure

Regular coaching pricing (maximum groups of 4)
Players turning 8 years old in 2010 or younger:		R 300.00 per month.
Players turning 13 years old in 2010 (9-13yrs):		R 385.00 per month.
Players turning 14 years of age and older:		R 440.00 per month.

PLEASE NOTE:	The Academy runs throughout the school holidays. (Except Dec/Jan)
	We DO NOT close on Public Holidays.
	The pricing covers 4 and 5 weekly session months.
	If, for any reason, the Academy has to cancel sessions, a pro-rata reduction will be made accordingly.

Terms of Payment.

Payment will be necessary within 7 days of invoicing at the start of each month to confirm the participants place. This will be strictly enforced as we to pay a significant proportion of our costs in advance.

Participants will be charged to validate and confirm their weekly time slot. If unable to attend and not paid up, the Academy will replace the student until another slot becomes available.
